Frances Delgado worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years.  From 1986 to 1996 Frances was employed by RENAISSANCE HOTELS & RESORTS where she worked at 3 locations.  From 1986 to 1988 she was employed as a Banquet Captain, Server, as well as Bartender in the Rochester, NY property.  In 1988 she was promoted to the Westchester property as a Banquet Sales Manager and Events Planner where she worked until 1992.  Also during these four years, Frances had the opportunity to attend the RENAISSANCE Culinary and Hotel Management program where she moved into the Kitchen and worked as a line cook and was soon promoted to Sous Chef. 

In 1992 Frances was promoted to the RENAISSANCE TIMES SQUARE HOTEL in Manhattan as a Restaurant Manager where she was able to further cultivate her management skills as an events and weddings coordinator.   While working in the Manhattan property, Frances became a wine enthusiast and had attended Kevin Zraly's Windows on the WorldWineSchool.  Upon completing the WineSchool, she went on to become an assistant to Kevin Zraly at the WineSchool. 

In 1996 Frances left RENAISSANCE HOTELS to be part of the opening team of the newly renovated Windows on the World Restaurant in the World Trade Center.  Frances became a Certified Sommelier during her tenure at Windows on the World Restaurant, where she worked until September 11^th, 2001.  

Since September 11^thPROmixology.com, a beverage consulting business which features George's expertise in wine, spirits and cocktails.  Frances was George's assistant and corporate events planner.  PROmixology.com  George and Frances soon worked in almost every major city in the U.S.  With Frances' Public Relations experience, George appeared on The Food Network, The Discovery Channel, Fox & Friends, and a national segment on ABC's THE VIEW on live television. 

In October of 2006, Frances and George again teamed up to open a Wine & Gourmet Shop in Sussex County NJ called George's Wine Gallery.  The shop incorporates all of Frances' skills including Gourmet cooking, events planning and corporate wine dinners.  Between PROmixology.com and George's Wine Gallery, Frances developed an impressive corporate client list including McKinsey and Co., Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Sparta Cancer Center, MPI (Meeting Planners International) & JP Morgan to name a few.  

Frances is currently a member of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce as well as the Branchville Business Partnership.
